E-mail Forwarding in Shared Hosting
If you have a shared hosting package with our company and you set up an e-mail address inside your account, you will be able to forward it with no more than a few clicks to any other e-mail address of your choosing. The option can be enabled whenever you set up a new mailbox or any time later and disabled just as quickly if you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you will control your account. Additionally, you will have the option to decide whether a backup of the inbound e-mails will stay on our servers or not. The main benefit of this option is that you will always have a backup on your end if something occurs with the other mailbox or maybe it is not active for some reason during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. If the feature not enabled, an email will be received, forwarded and erased from our servers no matter if the remote e-mail is functioning or not, so it is usually a good idea for it to be enabled just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
The feature-rich Email Manager interface in the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel, which comes with all the semi-dedicated hosting plan, allows you to forward any e-mail you set up with the account to one or multiple different email address with only a couple of clicks. You will also be able to see a set of all mailboxes that you have, which of them are forwarded plus exactly where they're forwarded to. The option can be enabled and disabled at any moment and you can now furthermore select if a copy of the incoming e-mails ought to be maintained on our system or not. Although this option is not necessary, it might be more convenient if you take advantage of it, because you will get a copy of the messages if there is some kind of trouble with the remote mail server. Even when there is a momentary issue and no e-mails are lost on our servers, you might still not receive a forwarded email in case it was relayed by our servers within the downtime.
